Woodwork build a trebuchet workshop Touchstones Rochdale

Yesterday's workshop was challenging but enjoyable. In future, more time is needed to complete a project similar to this.

I draw a template of the woodwork plan and size cuts of all pieces. It worked for most of the children however we needed more reinforcing pieces to make the structure more secure and stable.

Some children took home glue and wooden dowels to complete what they did not manage to complete.

Younger children had the option to build a car or a robot or just paint on wood using a stencil.
