Jam Making session (outdoor and indoor)

Children are enjoying the jam-making sessions.

They pick plums or seasonal fruits, wash them, prepare them and get the fruits ready for cooking. Then they cook it until it reaches 105 degrees Celsius. The jam is then sifted to remove the pips and placed in sterile jars. The children mostly like to label the jars and decorate the jars.
